A productivity skill for automatically generating clean, reusable implementation plans from your current coding session.

Overview

revamp-plan analyzes your active conversation history to extract the "golden path" of an implementation. It strips away trial-and-error, dead ends, and debugging chatter to produce a concise, step-by-step guide.

Usage

You can invoke this skill at any point during or after a session:

/revamp-plan

Or simply ask the agent:

"Save this implementation plan." "Generate a revamp plan for what we just did."

Output

The skill creates files in:

<project-root>/.scratchpad/<feature-name>.md
